9학년들에겐 아직 High Schooler의 정체성이 명확하지 않을 수도 있다.  1월이 되서야 1st Semester 성적이 나오고 많은 학생들에겐 처음 보는 GPA Scale 이 낯설기도 하다.  Freshmen 들은 2nd Semester를 시작으로 본인의 Academic Strength 와 Weakness를 점검 해 볼 필요가 있다.  물론 학생 본인이 하는 것보다도 부모님 또는 Academic Advisor 와 지난 학기 성적에 대한 짧은 평가가 필요하다.  9학년을 마치며 자가진단이 안된 학생들에겐 세 살 버릇 여든 간다라는 말처럼 12학년까지 학습능률체계를 부실하게 이어가 대학진학 자체가 무의미 할 수도 있다.   10학년들은 2학기부터 “College Readiness” 라는 지표에 관심을 둘 필요가 있다.  주로 PSAT 성적과 AP / IB Scheduling 그리고 1학기 성적관리가 포함된다.  대부분의 학생들은 10학년 PSAT를 아무런 준비 없이 봐서 점수가 무의미하…
